Where do we meet for our adventure?
Baby Bear Dune Adventure - If you are staying in Glen Arbor or Empire, we can pick you up directly from your location. Guests staying outside these areas will meet us at a designated starting location in downtown Glen Arbor or Empire.

Hidden Bear Experience - If you are staying in Glen Arbor or Empire, we can pick you up directly from your location. Guests staying outside these areas will meet us at a designated starting location in downtown Glen Arbor.

Social Bear Experience - Because this tour includes alcoholic beverages, we will coordinate pickup and drop-off from your lodging whenever possible. Complimentary transportation is available for guests staying within 10 miles of the tour location.
What Gear is provided for my Adventure?
To help make your adventure as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we provide bottled water, beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen, a cooler for any snacks or personal beverages you would like to bring along, and a 3-liter hip pack with a zipper for carrying your personal belongings during the tour. We also carry a first aid kit for emergencies. If there is anything else that would make your experience more enjoyable, please let us know before your tour and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What Should I wear?
Baby Bear Dune Adventure - We recommend lightweight clothing and closed-toe shoes for this experience, as the large dune descent can include uneven and unpredictable terrain. Our guides typically wear long-sleeve hooded sun shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes for sun protection and comfort.

Hidden Bear Adventure - Lightweight, quick-drying clothing is best for this shore walk-style experience. Adventure sandals are welcome for this tour. Please note that the trip concludes with a 3-mile hike up Alligator Hill. Guides typically wear long-sleeve hooded sun shirts, shorts, and adventure sandals.

Social Bear Experience - Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as clothing and footwear are appropriate for an outdoor experience.
How can I customize my trip?
​Many of our adventures can be customized with stops outside the standard tour route. If you have a specific destination or attraction in mind, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your request and determine if it can be accommodated. Please note that adding custom stops may require adjustments to the tour itinerary and could result in less time at, or the removal of, other scheduled stops. We will work with you to create the best possible experience for your group while staying within the tour's time frame.
